It may seem surprising to most, (not to us, obviously) but two thirds of wine consumers are very sensitive to the look and feel of your wine label when it comes to making that choice to part with their hard earned cash.

Innovative Wine Labels Make The Difference

According to the boffins at Gallo, the label is the first step for most wine drinkers (we’re not talking Oz Clark here obviously), followed by taste..... which then creates loyalty.

At CS Labels we are proud to work with a variety of wine producers who really want to make their brand stand out on the shelf and go that extra mile with their labelling.

Take Wraxall Vineyard for example. An award winning British wine producer, they are passionate about producing quality wine.


Wraxall Wine Labels To go with that wine, is of course, a quality wine label! They asked our advice and we helped them to choose a quality silver PP material, and then applied color-logic special effects to achieve that magical shiny gold look without the use of foil!


We then layered the white and used matt varnish to really make it stand out. This look truly enhances their brand, as well as encouraging that 2 out of 3 customers to make that first step and choose their wine!




Functionally, they also needed labels that were durable, as Jacky Brayton from Wraxall says: “just wanted to say how pleased we are with the durability of the labels and how well they perform in damp conditions and also in ice buckets.” Today they are the proud winners of the silver in the International section of the Sommelier Wine Awards for their Pinot Noir Rose 2013 and are featured on the BBC.
